Legal Officer (2 อัตรา)

Job Responsibilities:

• Draft and review contracts in Thai and English for supporting company operations (Telecommunication business area) e.g., Internet Service agreements, Sale and Purchase agreements, Lease agreements, non-disclosure agreements, Cooperation agreements, Master agreements etc.
• Support and conduct the IPO registration in the Thai Stock Exchange.
• Conduct legal research for implementing projects as requested by the company and provide solutions to mitigate any risk concerning the contractual terms.
• Prepare and support any necessary documentation in relation to company operations e.g., power of attorney, letters, meeting minutes etc. in legal language. 
• Manage and maintain legal records and documentation.
• Provide legal support, guidance and counsel to internal departments.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company and collaborate with internal departments to ensure legal compliance in business operations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Handle legal disputes and litigation matters and collaborate with external lawyers regarding ongoing lawsuit cases.
• Coordinate with any relevant government sector e.g., NBTC, NSCA, DE, SEC etc.
• Other assignment.

Qualifications:

• Thai nationality, Male / Female. Age 24 – 30 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Laws.
• 1+ years’ experience in contract management section, corporate legal work and/or in a legal division with experience in Telecommunication or IT business (special consideration).
• Good in writing and reading English.
• A self-starter, well organized, structured and systematic thinking, detail and quality oriented.
• Negotiation skill.
